To try to really β REALLY β get loose with my watercolour painting, I decided to do a painting with no plan.
Just letting my subconscious do the work.
Choose the strongest, boldest colours
Choose the brush strokes
Choose when to stop.
Would you believe it, it didn’t turn out that well π

So I basically ended up dabbing a paper towel over the whole painting to remove the thick layer of paint that had clogged up.
It revealed the remaining colours absorbed by the paper.
I had a smile on my face when I ended the session, though.
Despite the very weird result.
And, funnily enough, it didn’t even end up looking very bold π

Wonderful work! Always keep experimenting!
Thank you, Tiffany π I’m pleased with the lesson I learned from it π
Itβs great to watch the process, I canβt think of any bright coloured water paintings, Iβm sure thereβs lots out there somewhere π
