A Pencil Production

In my last post I did some pen drawings using a new style.

As I was very pleased with the result, I felt like doing a couple more right away.

These ones were made using pencils, though.

More precise; a HB, 2H and 2B pencil:

I’m happy with the depth the distant mountains made to the scenery.

The strongest lines also draw attention to the people and the paths they walk on.

I hope you enjoy the drawings as well 🙂

  1. I like your style. Very nice drawings. I can’t draw a straight line, but I love creating digital art. I admire those of you who can draw freehand. It’s a gift. Keep up the good work.

    1. Thank you very much! It’s a newly found style for me, so I’m very excited about it 🙂 Digital art is great fun as well. I’ve spent hours and hours on Procreate 🙂

      1. I think it’s great that you experiment with different styles. I enjoy combing them in my digital art. I don’t have a particular style. I like them all. I think you do as well.😉

      2. Thanks 🙂 I’ve been trying out a lot of different stuff over the years, and it has been really fun. Now I feel a need to kind of touch down on something, and start to point out a direction to build on. But that still means one style for paintings, one style for drawings and one style for digital art 😉

      3. I understand what you are saying. You have to create a certain style; your very own signature, especially when selling your art. That way, people can look at it and know you are the artist.😊😃
